The Lenovo 4XB7A64875 is a 16TB NL-SAS hard drive made for ThinkSystem DE Series storage arrays. Lenovo's full name for it is ThinkSystem DE Series 16TB 7.2K 3.5" HDD 2U12.
It spins at 7200 RPM and talks to the array over a 12Gb/s SAS link. Lenovo says every drive in the DE Series is dual-port and hot-swappable. A failed drive can come out while the array keeps running.
Lenovo lists this drive for the ThinkSystem DE2000H and the DE120S expansion shelf. Both use the 2U12 layout, with twelve large 3.5-inch bays. A full shelf holds 192TB of raw space. A 2U12 DE2000H with three DE120S shelves reaches 48 bays, or 768TB raw.
Dual-port means the drive has two data paths. Each of the array's two controllers can reach it, so one controller can fail without cutting off the data.

It's meant for DE Series arrays. Lenovo sells other 16TB SAS drives for ThinkSystem servers under different part numbers. Match the part number to your system's drive list before you install.
It's NL-SAS. The drive uses a SAS interface at 12Gb/s with 7200 RPM platters, which is the nearline class.
In RAID 6, twelve 16TB drives give about 160TB usable, since two drives' worth goes to parity. Spare drives and formatting lower that a bit.
Lenovo's DE2000H guide lists 3.5-inch nearline drives at 4TB, 8TB, 10TB, 12TB, 16TB, 18TB, 22TB, and 24TB for the 2U12 layout. The 16TB sits near the middle of that range.
