The D7-P5520 provides 3.84TB of solid state capacity for a system built with a suitable U.2 NVMe storage path. Its PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and 2.5-inch body must both match the host: a bay that accepts a drive of the right size does not necessarily provide an NVMe connection. Confirm the server or enclosure backplane before choosing this drive for storage expansion or replacement.

Verify host NVMe support, the U.2 backplane, bay dimensions, firmware requirements, and the platform's approved-drive list.
