The Polycom VVX 150 (2200-48810-025) is a small two-line desk phone for open SIP systems. This part number is the PoE-only version, so it comes without a power adapter. Your network switch has to supply the power, or you add an adapter on your own.

Pick the -025 when your switch gives PoE. Power then arrives on the same cable as your calls.
The 2.5-inch backlit screen is monochrome and shows 132 x 64 pixels. Two line keys give you two SIP accounts. Four soft keys and a four-way pad move you through menus. Fixed keys cover speaker, headset, mute, hold, transfer and volume. A message light flashes when voicemail waits.
Poly HD Voice uses G.722 wideband audio, so voices sound fuller. The full-duplex speakerphone uses Acoustic Clarity to cut echo. The handset works with hearing aids. A dedicated RJ9 jack takes a headset, and a local 3-way call lets you add one more person.
Two 10/100 Ethernet ports let a computer share the same wall jack. The phone takes 802.3af PoE (Class 2). If your switch has no PoE, Poly sells a 5 V power supply, 2200-48872-001, that also fits the VVX 250, 350, 450 and CCX 400.
You set the phone up through a web page. The menus come in 14 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Korean. The phone is ENERGY STAR rated.
It works with hosted SIP services and SIP IP PBX systems. Check with your provider to confirm.
The desk stand flips over to become a wall mount. The phone has no USB port.
