The Poly Edge E550 (2200-87050-025) is the top phone in Poly's Edge E series. It has a 5-inch color screen, 12 line keys, built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It also suits staff who work from home, since Wi-Fi means no cable run.

The 5-inch IPS color screen sits above 12 line keys. A pagination setup supports up to 48 lines, features and contacts. Four soft keys and a four-way pad handle menus. A message light shows waiting voicemail. Adjustable screen color and font size help users who need larger text.
The E550 takes up to two Poly Edge E expansion modules, sold separately. Each one adds more keys, and Headsets Direct lists up to 66 more contacts per module.
Poly NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence block background noise on the handset, a wired headset and the speaker. The speaker has extra bass for fuller voices. Poly HD Voice adds clear wideband audio.
The phone takes PoE (802.3af). If you use Wi-Fi, you need a power supply, and it is not in the box. The phone is ENERGY STAR rated.
The phone takes a fixed or DHCP address. Admins can set up many phones from a server over FTP, HTTP or HTTPS. The keys use icons, and the menus support many languages. The screen does not tilt.
Microban antimicrobial protection covers the phone body, handset and cord.
The E series is listed as compatible with SIP hosted services and IP PBX systems. Check with your provider to confirm.
