The Poly Edge B30 (2200-49825-025) is a four-line SIP desk phone with a 2.8-inch monochrome screen. It is the top model in Poly's low-cost B series, and it is the one with gigabit ports. It runs on PoE and comes without a power adapter.

Four line keys with lights sit beside the screen. The screen shows four lines at once, and a pagination key flips through up to 16 assignments. Four soft keys and a four-way pad with a Select key handle menus. The mute, headset and speaker keys light up, and a light bar shows your status to coworkers.
Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Fence cut background noise. The full-duplex speakerphone uses echo control. The handset works with hearing aids. A local 5-way call lets you bring in four more people.
You get both an RJ9 jack and a 3.5 mm jack. Poly's APD-80 adapter, sold separately, adds electronic hook switch support.
A two-port gigabit switch links the phone and a computer to one wall jack. The phone takes 802.3af PoE (Class 2). Poly's power supply, 2200-49804-001, is sold separately for desks without PoE.
Zero Touch Provisioning makes phones ready out of the box. Poly Lens and PDMS-SP let an admin manage many phones from the cloud. The box holds the phone, handset and cord, a CAT5E cable and the desk stand and wall mount hardware.
The B30 is listed as compatible with open-source PBX systems and hosted cloud services, such as 3CX, Asterisk, BroadSoft and Genesys. Check with your provider to confirm.
