The Micron MTA72ASS16G72LZ-3G2B3 is a 128GB DDR4-3200 LRDIMM for servers. It is quad rank with x4 chips, has 288 pins, and runs at 1.2V. Some listings add letters after B3, such as the XI in MTA72ASS16G72LZ-3G2B3XI. The base part number is the same.
Micron's data sheet covers two speed grades for the 128GB module. This one is the first row.

On a server that tops out at 2933 or 2666, the 3200 module runs at the server's speed, so the extra speed goes unused. Check the CPU's memory limit first.
Micron builds the module with 32Gb TwinDie DRAM, which packs two dies into one package. That is how 128GB fits on a single stick. An LRDIMM also carries data buffer chips, so a server can hold more memory per channel.
The module needs a server that accepts DDR4 LRDIMMs. It can't share a server with plain RDIMMs, and a desktop PC can't use it. Eight modules give 1TB of memory. Sixteen give 2TB.
It is an LRDIMM. The L in the part number marks load reduced.
It is Micron's name for a package with two DRAM dies inside. It helps pack 128GB onto one module while keeping the 1.2V supply.
Look up your processor's top memory speed and its support for LRDIMMs. The server runs the module at the lower of that speed and 3200 MT/s.
