The Lexmark MX722ade (25B0002) is a black and white machine that prints, copies, scans and faxes on letter, legal and A4 paper. It prints up to 70 pages a minute on letter paper (66 on A4), and the first page can be out in as little as 4 seconds.

These times come from Lexmark's own ratings: 70 pages a minute one-sided, 42 two-sided, and 150 sides a minute for scanning. Real jobs vary with the file and the paper.
A 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 550-sheet tray give you 650 sheets. Options can raise that to 3,300, including a 2,100-sheet tray and extra 550-sheet trays. The document feeder holds 200 sheets.
A starter cartridge rated at 11,000 pages comes in the box. Replacement cartridges come in four sizes, rated at 7,500, 15,000, 35,000 and 55,000 pages. The imaging unit is rated at up to 150,000 pages.
The 7-inch class touchscreen works like a tablet and runs Lexmark's e-Task apps. A quad-core 1.2 GHz processor and 2 GB of memory handle the work. Memory can grow to 6 GB. A hard disk is an extra option.
Lexmark rates the monthly duty cycle at up to 350,000 pages and suggests 5,000 to 100,000 pages a month in daily use. The fax modem runs at 33.6 Kbps. The machine reaches your network by Gigabit Ethernet or USB, and Wi-Fi is an add-on.
