The Lexmark MX711de (24T7404) is a black and white machine that prints, copies, scans, faxes and sends email. It handles letter, legal and A4 paper. It prints and copies up to 70 pages a minute on letter paper (66 on A4), and the first page can be out in as little as 4 seconds.

The 150-sheet feeder scans both sides in one pass, and the flatbed takes pages up to 8.5 x 14 inches. Scans can go to email, a flash drive, a computer on your network, an FTP site or Lexmark's Document Solutions Suite.
Two-sided printing and copying run at up to 42 sides a minute on letter paper (40 on A4). Print quality reaches 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Fax runs at 33.6 Kbps.
A 550-sheet tray and a 100-sheet multipurpose tray hold 650 sheets. Options raise the total to 3,300 sheets across five trays. A 550-sheet bin catches the pages.
Replacement cartridges come in three sizes, rated at about 6,000, 25,000 and 45,000 pages. The imaging unit is rated at up to 100,000 pages.
A 10-inch class e-Task color touchscreen runs the menus. An 800 MHz dual-core processor and 1 GB of memory run the jobs. You get USB 2.0, a USB host port and Gigabit Ethernet, and Apple AirPrint is supported.
Lexmark rates the duty cycle at up to 350,000 pages a month and suggests 5,000 to 100,000 pages. The machine weighs about 95 pounds.
