Kingston builds its memory to each brand's exact system list, so this module is meant for those Dell systems. Check your own model on Kingston's lookup before you plan a build.
A 24-slot server fills to 3TB with this module. A 16-slot blade such as the M640 reaches 2TB. Kingston notes that RDIMM and LRDIMM modules can't mix inside one Dell system, so pick one type for the whole server.
A server runs the module at the lower of 3200 MT/s and the processor's limit. Kingston lists 32Gbit DDP DRAM on the module, which stacks two dies per package to reach 128GB on one stick. Operating range is 0 to 85°C.
Kingston builds and tests it for Dell systems. Check your own server's guide for LRDIMM and 128GB support before you use it elsewhere.
DDP means dual-die package: two memory dies stacked in one chip. It is how 128GB fits on a single module.
