The SK hynix HMCG88MEBRA115N is a 32GB DDR5-4800 registered DIMM for servers. It is dual rank with x8 chips, runs at 1.1V, and has 288 pins. The label reads 32GB 2Rx8 PC5-4800B-R.

The pin count matches, but the key notch sits in a different place. A DDR5 module can't seat in a DDR4 slot. DDR5 modules also carry their own power management chip, which sets the 1.1V supply on the module.
The 2R means two ranks. The x8 is the chip width. Each DDR5 module splits into two 32-bit sub-channels, and ECC adds 8 check bits to each one. That extra width is what the EC8 tag refers to.
SK hynix builds the 32GB module from twenty 16Gb chips. The timing is CL40, with tRCD and tRP of 39, at the 4800 MT/s grade.
SK hynix uses the letter after HMCG88 to name the DRAM die. The M marks the 16Gb M-die, which SK hynix lists as its first generation. The module HMCG88AEBRA115N uses A-die instead. Both are 32GB, 2Rx8, and 4800 MT/s.
A server that takes this module has to support DDR5 RDIMMs. It can't share a server with unbuffered DIMMs, and a desktop PC can't use it. The server runs the module at the lower of 4800 MT/s and the CPU limit. Sixteen modules give 512GB. Thirty-two give 1TB. Fill the channels evenly and follow your server's slot layout.
Dual rank. A single-rank 32GB DDR5 module uses x4 chips and reads 1Rx4.
