The 700404-192 is a set of eight HPE 24GB DDR3L-1333 RDIMMs that add up to 192GB. Each module matches HPE option part 700404-B21: three rank x4, CAS 9, registered, low voltage. HPE lists this 24GB design for the ProLiant BL460c Gen8 blade.

Eight modules put four on each CPU, one per memory channel. That keeps the layout even. HPE's population guide for your blade shows the slot layout.
Each module has three ranks of x4 memory chips. Three ranks give a 24GB size between the 16GB dual-rank module and the 32GB quad-rank size. HPE says quad-rank RDIMMs are not supported in ProLiant Gen8 servers, so keep to the ranks HPE lists.
HPE SmartMemory lets a Gen8 server confirm that its memory passed HPE qualification. These modules run at 1.35V, where standard DDR3 needs 1.5V, and at 1333 MT/s, which is 10.7 GB/s each. A mixed set falls to its slowest module.
HPE's own option number for one module is 700404-B21. The 700404-192 number names a set of eight of them. Sellers pair 700404-B21 with 701809-081 and 707301-001. HPE's QuickSpecs list a similar 24GB module, 716324-B21, for the BL660c Gen8.
