The 728629-128 is a set of four HPE 32GB DDR4-2133 RDIMMs that add up to 128GB. Each module matches HPE option part 728629-B21: dual rank x4, CAS 15-15-15, registered. They are made for ProLiant Gen9 servers.
A ProLiant Gen9 processor has four memory channels. Four modules fill them evenly, one per channel, which gives the best speed from the set. In a two-socket server, a second set fills the other CPU.

A 24-slot server such as the DL380 Gen9 reaches 768GB with six sets.
These modules run at 2133 MT/s, which is 17 GB/s each. Gen9 servers with newer Xeon E5 v4 processors can also run 2400 memory, such as the HPE 805351-B21. A mixed set runs at the slowest speed, so keep the speeds matched.
These are registered modules. They have a register chip but no data buffers. Don't mix them with load-reduced modules such as the HPE 805353-B21. A server holds one type or the other.
Parts sellers list the 728629-B21 for the ProLiant DL360, DL380, DL180, DL160, and ML350 Gen9, the BL460c Gen9 blade, and many Apollo nodes. Check HPE's list for your exact model.
HPE calls the single module "32GB (1x32GB) Dual Rank x4 DDR4-2133 CAS-15-15-15 Registered Memory Kit". The spare number for each module is 774175-001.
HPE's own option number for one module is 728629-B21. The 728629-128 number names a set of four of them. Search either one and you find the same modules.
A few Gen10 models appear on sellers' lists, but most Gen10 servers use faster memory. Check HPE's list for your model before you plan around 2133 MT/s modules.
