The HPE P19982-B21 is a 1.92TB SATA solid state drive for HPE servers. It is a mixed use drive on a 6Gb/s link. It comes in the 3.5-inch large form factor, known as LFF. Details on this page come from seller listings.
HPE sells each drive as an option, and the option number ends in B21. A seller lists the spare as P21094-001. Spare numbers can differ by seller, so use the label on your drive to confirm the right match before you plan a swap.
LFF stands for large form factor. These are 3.5-inch drive bays. Sellers call the carrier SCC, while the old title said low profile carrier. Look at the tray in your server to see which one you need.
Mixed use drives balance reading and writing. They fit servers that handle both all day, such as databases, virtual machine hosts and file servers. At 1.92TB this drive holds a good amount of data per bay. SATA tops out near 600 MB/s, so the link sets the speed limit.
One seller names the ProLiant DL360, DL380 and DL385 Gen10 servers. Another says only that it fits HPE servers with LFF SATA bays. HPE keeps a support list for each option, so check that list for your model.
Seller listings give capacity, link type and workload class. They do not agree on coverage terms, and they give no speed, endurance or flash figures.
