The HP LaserJet Managed MFP E62565z (J8J79A) is a black and white machine for letter, legal and A4 paper. It prints, copies and scans at up to 65 pages a minute on letter paper and 61 on A4. HP built the Managed line for offices where a print service runs the machines.
The machine uses one black cartridge, the HP Managed W9004MC, rated at about 50,000 pages. This table shows how long one lasts.

HP suggests 5,000 to 40,000 pages a month for daily use and rates the duty cycle at up to 450,000.
The first page can be out in about 5.3 seconds. A5 pages fed sideways reach 100 a minute. Two-sided printing and copying are automatic. A 150-sheet feeder scans both sides, and copies run at the same speed as printing.
A 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 550-sheet tray hold 650 sheets. HP's options raise the total to 3,750 sheets across up to six trays. Output can reach 1,000 sheets with options.
A 1.2 GHz processor runs the jobs. Memory is 1.5 GB for the printer and 1 GB for the scanner, and it can grow to 2.5 GB. A secure hard disk of at least 320 GB stores jobs, with AES 256 encryption. You get USB 2.0, a USB host port and Gigabit Ethernet. The machine weighs 39.8 kg, which is about 88 pounds. HP lists ENERGY STAR and EPEAT Silver ratings for it.
