The HP LaserJet Managed Flow MFP E826z (5QK13A) is a black and white copier-printer that handles A3 paper. It prints, copies and scans, and fax is optional. It suits a busy office floor where one machine serves many people.
The 5QK13A runs at 50 pages a minute out of the box. HP sells license kits that raise the speed and the monthly limit. No new hardware is needed.

For daily use, HP suggests up to 60,000 pages a month. The first page can be out in as little as 5.7 seconds at the base speed.
Two 520-sheet trays and a 100-sheet multipurpose tray hold 1,140 sheets from the start. You can add trays of 1,040, 2,000 or 3,000 sheets. Tray 1 takes sizes up to A3 and SRA3. A 500-sheet bin catches the pages. Finishing options include a stapler-stacker, a booklet maker and hole punches. Copies can be scaled from 25 to 400 percent, and one job can make up to 9,999 copies.
The 300-sheet document feeder scans both sides in one pass at up to 300 images a minute. The 10.1-inch touchscreen walks users through sending scans to email, network folders, USB drives or SharePoint. Built-in OCR turns scans into searchable files.
A 500 GB drive with AES 256 encryption stores jobs. HP Sure Start checks the startup code and repairs it if it was changed. The black toner is the HP LJ Managed cartridge W9085MC, rated at about 60,000 pages.
