The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP X677z+ (6QQ03A#BGJ) is the large-capacity version of the X677z. Both print, copy and scan in color on letter, legal and A4 paper. The z+ adds a great deal more paper in and paper out. Fax and wireless are optional add-ons.

The z+ gets its 3,300 sheets from a 100-sheet tray, two 550-sheet trays and a 2,100-sheet high-capacity tray. A 3,300-sheet stacker with a staple finisher takes the output, and a hole punch is an option.
The z+ measures 1,202 x 559 x 1,267 mm. With every part in place it grows to 1,552 x 939 x 1,503 mm. It weighs 133 kg with the finisher and supplies. Plan for two people to move it, and measure the doorway first.
A 150-sheet feeder scans both sides in one pass and takes media up to legal size. The 10.1-inch color touchscreen tilts for an easy view. Scans can go to email, network folders or USB drives, and Flow tools add OCR. An optional QWERTY keyboard is also available.
Both models print 52 pages a minute on A4 and 55 on letter. An optional HP speed license raises that to 61 and 65. Color and black run at the same speed.
The z+ uses four toner cartridges (black, cyan, magenta and yellow) and four drum units. HP says it works only with cartridges that carry a new or reused HP chip. The monthly duty cycle is up to 180,000 pages, and HP suggests up to 30,000 pages a month for daily use.
