The HPE P64705-B21 is a genuine 16GB DDR5 server memory module. It runs at 5600MHz on the PC5-44800 standard. This module has an ECC Registered design with a single-rank, x8 layout. It uses a standard 288-pin form factor at 1.1V.
P64705-B21 is HPE's standard option part number. This is the number you order when adding or upgrading memory on a Gen11 server through normal HPE or reseller channels. DDR5 adds on-die ECC inside each chip, working alongside the ECC that Registered memory already provides. The module carries a CL46 latency rating.
