  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected carrier.

Standard delivery times vary by location:

  • Ground Shipping (Free upto 10lbs) Ships in 3 to 5 business days, delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
  • 2-Day Shipping Ships same day (if order placed before 1:00PM EST) or next day, delivered in 2 business days.
  • Overnight (AM) Ships same day (if order placed before 1:00PM EST) or next day, delivered next business day’s morning.
  • Overnight (PM) Ships same day (if order placed before 1:00PM EST) or next day, delivered next business day.
  • Saturday Delivery Ships same day for only orders placed on Friday before 1:00PM EST, delivered on Saturday.
  • International Shipping Ships in 3 to 5 business days, transit time is 7 to 10 business days.

Precise delivery times to locations such as Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), Canada, and other international destinations cannot be assured due to varying factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking link provided to monitor your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. CPU Republic is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted regions. Please contact us if you have concerns about delivery to your area.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and item(s).

In the event of a lost shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
